The British Columbia Culinary Arts Foundation is the official fundraising organization for all of the branches of the Canadian Culinary Federation - the professional organization for chefs in Canada - throughout B.C. Its Board is made up of the presidents of all of the local branches of the Canadian Culinary Federation working together with representatives from B.C. Tourism, the B.C. Restaurant Association, agriculture, and the food industry. Its purpose is to coordinate all of the fundraising required to educate and promote B.C. chefs and to allow them to participate in culinary competitions throughout the world.
